I. Product Features

II. Scope of Application
Defect repair and reinforcement of concrete components;
Anchoring of rubber bearings in cast-in-place beam construction of passenger dedicated lines.
Chemical anti-corrosion industries such as sewage treatment tanks, acid and alkali resistant floors, FRP anti-corrosion, etc.
Sealing, anti-corrosion, repair, reinforcement, and leakage plugging of interfaces in underground pipelines, hydropower stations, dam foundations, etc.
Anti-wear protection and repair of engineering parts such as highways, bridges, tunnels, airport runways, workshops, etc.
Erosion resistance, wear resistance, cavitation resistance, and freeze-thaw protection of hydraulic structure flow surfaces, as well as post-damage repair.
Protection and repair of concrete or metal components against acid, alkali, and salt corrosion in chemical, petroleum, factory, dock, etc.
Bonding of steel structures and concrete for wear-resistant flooring; used as base leveling for steel plate bonding reinforcement and carbon fiber reinforcement.
Treatment of defects such as cracks in building beams, columns, pile caps, etc., and surface honeycombs, voids, and exposed rebars of concrete structures.
III. Performance Indicators
Note: Epoxy resin mortar complies with specifications: GB 50212-2014 "Code for Construction of Building Anticorrosion Engineering" and GB 50046-2008 "Code for Design of Anticorrosion of Industrial Buildings".
IV. Construction Process
1. Treat the concrete base surface, remove the milk skin, cement paste surface layer, or loose particles to expose a solid base, and clean surface sand, dust, grease, etc.
2. Pour material A and material B into a bucket in a 1:3 ratio and mix until a uniform paste is formed.
3. Apply the prepared paste mortar to the area to be repaired with a trowel, compacting and smoothing while applying. It can be put into use 3 to 14 days after completion.
4. The thickness of each construction layer is 5 to 10 mm. The next layer can be applied only after the previous layer of epoxy mortar has completely lost plasticity and no longer deforms.
5. The daily temperature difference in the construction environment should not be too large. A construction temperature of 15 to 30°C is more suitable. When working outdoors, avoid direct sunlight on the construction surface and set up a sunshade.
6. The coating should avoid water immersion, rain, snow cover, direct sunlight, etc. The curing period should be no less than 7 days.
